Cancellation Policy

Respectfully, please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Call or text 507.421.4696. I know schedules can change due to work, health etc. I will be as flexible as possible to reschedule, but please note that I am typically booked 10-12 weeks out and can not guarantee next day service. Clients who NO SHOW will be charged 100% of scheduled appointment. (To clarify, there is absolutely no penalty to reschedule or cancel 48 hours before appointment.) This policy protects my personal and professional time! Thank you for your understanding and support!
